Had them drill a new well and install everything new. Couple years later I find out that electric work they did was horrible. Didn't label breaker box and used power that was the outlets in a bedroom. Take your money somewhere else.

Wow, Patuxent Pump and Well saved the day. My experience begin with Linda. She was very knowledgeable about my issue and provided me with a full understanding of what I was dealing with. She said a team would be out in the morning and give me instructions to prevent further damage, ultimately saving me money. Brian and Bill arrived first thing in the morning and made quick work of my well pump replacement. Any suspect parts were replaced and care was taken not to damage good components. Our water went out and we panicked. I contacted Patuxent Pump & Well and they went over everything to troubleshoot the problem and then told me how to get water on a temporary basis. The next business day I called and Linda was all over it. The guys, Bryan and Tyrone, were here quickly and went right to work. Unfortunately, they had to replace the pump and some wiring but Bryan explained everything in layman's terms and we were totally satisfied. I had a great experience from start to finish. When I called, Linda took the time to help me troubleshoot and get things situated until they could get to me the next day. Brian and Tyrone explained what was wrong, had the equipment on the truck to fix it and had me up and running in no time. I felt they were all very helpful, straightforward and fair in price. I’m giving one star only because I cannot give zero. My sister and I hired this company to shock our well. When completed we were told to run the water after 2-3 days until we stopped smelling chlorine. Upon opening the faucets we smelled no chlorine at all. The water test showed bacteria. Communication with Patuxent Pump and Well has been poor. After reporting back that the inspection failed we were told that it hadn’t worked because the water expansion tank needed to be replaced before the procedure and that we had given permission to shock it without replacing. This was not true, we were never informed beforehand that this was a problem. Now we are out the money for the test as well as the service that they say they performed.
