I greatly appreciate the quality of work done by Paul Davis Restorations. I had water damage from an upstairs bathroom that flooded the garage. Their Mitigation Team was very prompt and thorough. I can't recommend this company enough. We had a significant amount of water damage that started in September. After dealing with a different company for months on end with half-completed work and horrible communication, PaulDavis was recommended. My only regret when choosing to start fresh was that I didn't do it sooner. It's crazy that having their amazing team working in my home while I was trying to work, was LESS stressful than dealing with the prior company. Paul Davis Restoration did a great job of handling damage clean-up, & repairs from a water leak in our home. Once we contacted our insurance company PDR arrived at our house (after hours) within 2 hrs to determine where the leak was, set up fans and dehumidifiers. Brent Cunningham was here on night one and we requested that he supervise the remainder of our project. Everyone from the team was great, coming out taking moisture readings, measurements/pics for insurance, making sure everything was dried properly. Brent did an excellent job of working with our insurance company, scheduling the drywall, painters, and carpet subcontractors needed and made sure we were 100% satisfied with everything. Following the death of a family member, our insurance suggested Paul Davis for doing the restoration. Jon Seward assessed the situation and determined what we would need to bring the property back to its original condition. Jon was very thorough and understanding of our needs and worked with us and the insurance company to get approval. Johnny Wilson set up all the contractors we would need to do the work. All the contractors performed competently and professionally. It was incredible to watch the transformation as they worked on the projects.
