This team is so professional efficient, friendly as careful as I am with my possessions. They’re even more careful. They packed so many things they were so organized. They worked like a well oiled machine. They really did a beautiful job of labeling everything keeping track of what was in what and I couldn’t be more pleased Brianna and Kris and Jesse are an incredible team. Brianna organizes every move. They make and figures it all out even though there’s a lot to figure out I’m so confident that everything is going to get safely to the storage facility at Paul Davis, which I am thrilled with, and I would recommend them to any friend highly recommend

Our home was damaged during severe weather. Flooring needed to be removed completely down to the subfloor. An elderly parent must use a walker to get around the house. This would not be possible with the flooring removed. I am writing this review to recognize and thank Joel Carlson from Paul Davis. Joel took the extra time to ensure that temporary flooring was installed so that an important area of the house could be accessed using a walker. Joel’s professionalism and consideration of our situation was outstanding. We look forward to completing the restoration of our home with Paul Davis.

We had a disaster in our home when a frozen pipe burst. Our insurance agent recommended Paul Davis Restoration of Lake County. We could not have asked for more. They use a team approach and sent someone out immediately to assess what was going on and stop the water from doing further damage. Then on to clean up ,drying out and finally the restoration work. Each part of the team had their own expertise but the team functioned well together. The pictures below show just some of what transpired. When you must have workers in your home you can only hope they are as considerate and careful as all of these folks were. We were treated like family! They could not have been more respectful or professional about taking on our disaster! They knew exactly what to do. We are grateful for this company!

Jason Schuman. I've worked with Jason and two separate projects. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about his field. He is an exceptional detail oriented project manager. He does everything he needs to or can do to make sure the job gets done correctly, and timely. With my two projects, Jason was at my house three times, sometimes more a week over the course of months. I was able to trust him and his oversight of the company, crew and subs. Jason understands and delivers extraordinary customer service.

They began cleaning up ,drying out and finally the restoration work. At each point their staff made sure they were meeting our expectations. Everything went as smoothly as one could ever hope for.
