Great experience with Paul Davis. After our pipes burst, our insurance company recommended three mitigation companies, and we chose Paul Davis. They sent out Larson, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He made everything easy to understand and helped reduce a lot of the stress during a very difficult situation. He was also very accommodating with scheduling rechecks, working around our availability. Thanks to his professionalism and care, the mitigation process went smoothly. After this catastrophe, my family and I can confidently and completely recommend Paul Davis.

I must say that with my entire encounter with Paul Davis, I can honestly say that the cleaning and personal item restoration department is an asset to your company! Jennifer, by far Leads the group. Anna Josh and Corey did an extremely professional job of stacking organizing and carefully making placement of items. And I will say it again that group is top-tier Beyond the doubt!!!!!!!

Larson, Arthur, Tristan and Layne came into my home to remove water damage and help dry it out. They did an amazing job. They offered great communication and were willing to work around my schedule. Very kind and hardworking men!

If I could give zero stars I would. If you would like to run your own job, be in charge of initiating communication and status updates at every step of the project, have to take off work multiple times to be available for their crews to come back and redo work they either didn't finish when they claimed they had, or they "finished it" about as well as I could do myself yet they still charged a professionals fee - if all that sounds worth your hard earned money then hire Paul Davis. Our "Project Manager" that was assigned to our project was unresponsive, arrogant, and entirely uninterested in finishing the project or being a good person to work with. Damage happened in April and it wasn't until October that the repairs were finally complete (not completed by Paul Davis of course, we ended u

Cory and Larson were super helpful and answered all of our questions as they arose. They showed up when they said they were going to and made the process very easy. Everyone involved in our project explained what was going on and how long it would take to complete the job.
