We first had Dustin which is amazing to work with. Then he pass on our work to Laura. From the moment Laura got our work order she kept me informed of every step we would take to get my ceiling, carpet painting and flooring done. Laura team was on time and did a great job of work.

We had a pipe break on the third floor of our house. The water ran for over 10 hours before the leak was found. We had damage from the third floor all the way down to the carport. USAA recommended Paul Davis Restoration in Jacksonville NC. We contacted them and they were really easy to work with. We live 6 hours away from the house that was damaged. Laura Zelek our Project Manager was so easy to work with. She took the time to arrange her schedule around when we could make it to the beach house. Paul Davis Restoration is a top notch company! I am forever grateful to the water mitigation team lead by TJ who came to my rescue at 2:30AM after a huge plumbing leak. They worked for days to clean up the mess and dry out my home. They were patient and respectful- answering all of my questions. I had choices of who to pick to do the restoration and rebuild and I picked Paul Davis. Laura Zelek and her team were very knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. We had Paul Davis do the repair on our home after a flooding. Dustin was our Project Manager. Him and his team did a great job on our home.
