First day starting our mitigation with Paul Davis for a failed toilet wax ring and already impressed! The two young men, Daquan and BJ, arrived on time to begin demolition. They were a good team working together to tear out our damaged flooring. They were extremely polite and considerate of our family, especially our elderly mother's needs during this process. They were kind and patient answering questions and clarifying concerns. We never lifted a finger to clean up after they had finished for the day. Everything was spotless - a refreshing first experience. The second team that arrived for next steps were Rob and Zachary. They, too, were very kind, hard working, respectful and "clean" with demo. And, once again left our home spotless!! Michael, our project manager, has kept us informed
