I have dealt with Paul Langan and Company for 25 years or more. I love that they do quality work and good customer care. I highly recommend them for your home construction/renovations. When we sold our home the upgrades were excellent for the new buyer. We moved to NC and miss Paul and his company so much.

We contracted with Paul Langan to make repairs to the exterior of our home and repaint. Paul's construction crew replaced the trim boards, including corner trims, window trims, band boards, drip edges, and fascias, using PVC boards. Then the painting crew took over. They first power washed the house. After that, they spent more than a day caulking every seam, joint, and nail hole. In addition, the team prepared the previously painted surfaces by patching, sanding, and priming. Their attention to detail was second to none. My wife and I purchased a home in Hilton Head Plantation 3 years ago. It is a solid 25 year old home but seriously needed a refresh. Over the past few years Paul remodeled our laundry room, all bathrooms, kitchen and family room. Today it honestly looks like a tastefully done new home. We very much enjoyed working with Paul and his team. The process worked for us. Paul visits, discusses a vision and time line then met us at tile, flooring, and appliance suppliers. We are happy with all our selections. We were comfortable with all of Paul’s contractors and would recommend them. Finally and importantly over the many years and projects we have done there were 2 times when things went wrong and Paul corrected the problems quickly at no cost to me no questions asked.
