Eric (Erik? Sorry!) was great! He was able to diagnose the problem, source the part, and get our furnace back in working order in two hours. He also cleaned some of the sensors and made sure we were set for the next few months. He was super polite and we are relieved to have reliable heat again. Thanks!

PBCI Allen was great! They jumped into action on an emergency furnace issue on a Friday night to help us get hear back on a weekend. The technician was courteous and professional. He communicated the issue clearly and cleaned up after he was done.

I did not order service myself but my landlord did from you guys twice now, I don’t remember his name but the ginger gentleman is fantastic! Cleaned my mini split the first time and now went over proper setting uses to make sure our heat wasn’t having issues. He was personable, respectful, and communicable. Absolutely would recommend this company!

They are always great to deal with. Great service and I feel their prices are competitive. The employees seem to know what they are doing and have been able to take care of all of our issues so far. They are always my first call for HVAC problems.
