Had an issue with our existing pool. Called multiple pool companies with zero help. Finally found Kevin with PRC Pools and caught him on vacation. Told him of our pool problems. Although he does not handle our issues he talked to me and gave me specific instructions on how to correct our problems before it caused even more damage. Step by step instructions. He continued answering my text messages during his vacation. He also told us that he would come by to look at or pool when he got back into town to check out the damage and give us suggestions on fixing. Even knowing he wouldn’t be the one to make any money he still showed up at my house. Thank goodness I found him because it could have cost us over 10k in damages. Instead less than 2k. What an amazing company. The owner and his crew were a delight to work with. He is such a great guy and also gives back to his community and churches. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. The planning, design, construction and cleanup went amazing and on time even with a few rain delays. He even educated me on the equipment and routine maintenance. I normally have anxiety when it comes to certain things but the owner just made my worries melt away. Very professional, 100% workmanship, trustworthy, knowledgeable, A++ customer service...Im so happy with my pool. The Grotto Waterfall is beautiful along with the, infinity drop off on the spa, led lighting, and fire bowls...haha my 2 Dachshunds dogs literally use the pool more than I do, but so worth it!

This company took our money, and never finished the pool failing to fulfill their contract. They caused damage to our property, and our neighbors property causing us significant financial losses. After contacting the owner about the damages, we never heard from him again. After having the pool and yard inspected by a 3rd party inspector, we found numerous construction errors which include, improper irrigation, poor concrete work which has led to crumbling and cracking cantilever, non-functional water features, cracked tile, exposed plumbing, damaged drain spouts and more. We also found live exposed electrical wires in our kids play area. We do not recommend Pools and Concrete Renewed.

These guys helped us get the most beautiful pool in Hunt county! Wow, the owner was genuine and also does a lot of good work in the community, HIGHLY recommended!
