First time I went to Peabody supply and I am not disappointed. I brought him this pictures and videos. I had a plumbing situation for my furnace. It was leaking and it keeps shutting off. And believe me it was freezing. I showed him the pieces that I took off. It took us a little bit, but he figured it out and I have all the stuff on the receipt and I even bought extra stuff. Very nice guy very nice establishment nice and clean price is worth it. FYI, everything was correct and fitted when I brought it home. I live right next to Dracut hardware I brought the stuff in the exact same thing I did at Peabody supply the owner and his wife asked us if we need help. I showed him these pieces on the picture and I had the pieces in hand I showed him and he shut me down right away. He said we don’t

Couldn't” be bothered to look at what I brought to get what I required. It was a blessing I suppose because none of the employees had the courtesy to wear a face mask.

Great group of gentlemen running this place; they are knowledgable, know their customers by name, and are sure to help with what you need, whether they carry it or not.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful, the products were of highest quality, and the prices were very reasonable...
