Peachtree Company recently replaced our roof and we couldn't have been happier with their services. I dealt with Jeff Coon who walked me through each step personally. He was always available morning, noon, or late night to assist me with any questions, concerns, or decisions I had during that time. I was on a strict budget and never wanted to go through the process of replacing my roof due to the fear of being taken advantage of or being up sold outside of my limits. As a complete stranger, Jeff Coon knocked at my door. I hate door-to-door sales guys, but Jeff looked trustworthy so I listened to what he had to say. He said that I had enough damage on my roof to have State Farm replace it. He showed me pictures to prove the damage. He talked to the SF rep and all went as planned, let's roll. Jeff explained how the process would work, and it went exactly as he said. Jeff's crew was very professional and did an awesome job with my new roof. We were introduced to Peachtree Company through a family member. We had Jeff Coon come over and explain about what he could do to get us a new roof our insurance would cover. He did it! Besides his presentation being high tech, he knew what he was talking about. On the day he met the insurance adjuster he was able to point out areas validating full replacement. Once approved everything went smooth and as scheduled. They even kept us updated through a text app on how things were going throughout the whole process. We had a serious leak in our roof and had water dripping down from the ceiling. Our regular Roofing company was a no-show but luckily had Jeff Coon’s of the Peachtree Company come by in our neighbourhood. Jeff was thorough in his inspection, helped patch up the roof temporarily and ensured us to get a roof replacement approved by the insurance company. Jeff is extremely professional,cordial and friendly. He walked the insurance inspector through the problem areas and made it a very stress-free process with the insurance company for us. Peachtree company has done several Roofs in my neighborhood this month. My mom got her roof inspected and they did a seamless job from start to finish! Everything went exactly as discussed and now we both have the best looking roofs in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this company for anyone that is looking for professionals that keep their word and are a part of the process every step of the way.
