He listened and answered my many questions. I found that my interaction with other members of the Peak family to be just as professional starting with Stephanie who answers the phone with a cheerful professionalism, Tina who made such a great effort to sort out my deadline scheduling issues and always called me to keep me informed, Vicky and Nicole for assisting me to get all my invoice paperwork together to the insurance company on time. I am pleased with Peak Roof's performance in replacing the roof on my house and a detached garage. I began this task by requesting bids from 4 different roof replacement contractors, including Peak Roof. Their estimate seemed not only the most reasonable and appropriate for the workscope, but the salesman and contract negotiator, Ryan C,, did not pressure me with typical used car salesman tactics. I appreciated that respect. The work crew greatly impressed me. They completed the entire task in one day, arriving at the break of dawn and working until dark. They didn't stop moving and working, except for lunch and two breaks, until the roof was done. The next day the job foreman returned to conduct a magnetic sweep one more time and collect any debris the crew might have overlooked

I hired Peak to replace the roof on my mother's house and have received many compliments from her neighbors on Peak's work. I live outside of my mother's area and wasn't able to directly monitor the work, and Peak was great at keeping me informed with texts, calls and pictures during the 2-day roof installation. The new roof looks great and will be an asset for us in selling my mother's house soon. Contract thoroughly covered contingencies and prices were competitive. Peak was professional and I recommend them to anyone doing roofing work in Frederick County.

We have been replacing windows on a home built in 1848, and they worked tirelessly to ensure we had great quality wood windows, a great price, and amazingly friendly service! Bobbie in scheduling has been very professional and accommodating to work with. The whole crew worked hard throughout the day and didn't hesitate to answer any questions regarding the install.
