I just had Peck and Weis install a new furnace. My old furnace was 18 years Olds which I had purchased from your company also. The 2 young men that did the "hard work" were Dustin and Marcus. They did a wonderful job and when they were done the area was spotless. I would like to comment on the gentleman who came to talk about a replacement furnace ( Justin). He explained everything and assured me where I had questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable and a good "people person". 2/26/26

Josh and Adam arrived at the appointed hour for the installation of my new heater/ AC. Two very likeable chaps. They worked through the whole day discussing issues and questions that arose with each other. I thought that the interaction between the two made for a pair of technicians that were grounded in wanting to do their very best. Justin stopped by to see how things were going which I thought was extraordinary. To me, it shows that Peck and Weis cares about their customers.

Our furnace has issued in the middle of the "polar vortex." We opted to replace rather than repair. Justin gave us a timely bid and the install team was outstanding. Dustin and Marcus were very personable, polite and conscientious. Dustin even worked Christmas Eve morning to make sure that everything was satisfactory. The new ductwork is extremely neat and the basement was left very clean after the install. I highly recommend them and send a special thanks to Dustin.

Recently I contracted with Peck and Weiss to add a cold air return in the basement. Justin came out, made his assessment, understood my goals and supplied me with a very competitive price. The real tell, however, is when Will showed up a few days later...the quality of the installation was first rate and the speed at which it occurred was fantastic. As for the desired effect, it accomplished was I was hoping for, a warmer basement and more moderate temperatures in the home overall. All in all, an awesome job.

We had a fantastic experience with Peck and Weis! Randy, Brad, Adam, and Dustin replaced two AC units at our rental property, and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. They left everything clean and in great shape, which we really appreciated. Not only was the install smooth, but they also came back in the spring for a seasonal tune-up, and everything’s been running perfectly since. From day one, their service has been outstanding.
