TODAY THEIR COMPANY TRUCK MERGED INTO MY LANE WHERE I WAS SIDE BY SIDE WITH THEM- IT LED ME DRIVING INTO THE DIRT AT 50MPH! THE DRIVERS TOOK 0 ACCOUNTABILITY. I wouldn’t make a big deal of this if those drivers were a bit remorseful and understanding of what they did, but they acted like they almost didn't take someones lives due to their own ignorance . Run fast and far. We had 15 windows and doors produced for our home in Maryland and the manufacturing facility messed up the dimensions for a $5K+ door. The salesperson told my general contractor to install the door and that they would pay to produce a new door and install it. Now the sales person won’t pay for the install and I am left with an unstable and unsafe door with two small children in the house. They want me to pay for their mistakes. A good company would never put a customer in this position.
