From start to finish, my experience with Pella has been exceptional! Sam Jackson was my main contact and he did not disappoint. Always responsive and on top of it! The installers continued that same continuity of service with their friendliness and beautiful work. Highly recommend Pella and this team.

I cannot say enough about the quality of workmanship that Pella provided to my daughter’s house in the Forest acres area. She had all her windows replaced. From our salesman, Sam to the crew that put in the windows, the service was excellent. They were in constant contact with my daughter and myself. The work ethic of this Pella window crew was stellar! Cannot say enough about this company and their crew. this is the only company I would recommend!!!

My experience with Pella Windows and Doors of South Carolina was exceptional. The courteous, knowledgeable staff answered all of my questions and provided me with a wonderful seamless transition replacing my windows and door. Of particular note is the work of Alvaro and his installation team. They did beautiful work down to the smallest detail and were professional, punctual, and thorough. I give my highest recommendation!

We ordered windows for total price of 50k. We were told that windows would be in end of last Month. We understand delays etc. However Cole our rep, is not very communicative and does not provide updates. We reached out Monday and have still not heard back. Communication is important to us, and we are getting frustrated. Update: The window install went great, ahead of schedule. The crew was informative and really did a stellar job. Overall we are happy with our investment.

Pella has been easy to deal with and I'm hopeful that the installation will go well, based on several interactions with their employees.
