Perfect Power Wash

Received very sub-standard service that was dishonest and deeply disappointing. 1. A 2-member crew rushed through the 3000 sq ft sized full house soft wash job (2 floors high in the front and 3 floors high in the back of property) in under 55 minutes. YES, THEY CLAIMED THEY SPRAYED CLEANING SOLUTION AND WASHED ENTIRE PROPERTY IN 55 MIN! (Kept camera video logs for proof) NOT SURE IF THIS A WORLD RECORD IN WASHING TIME OR SCAMMING! 2. Found multiple areas that were not even wet, let alone proper cleaning. 3. Dirt still sitting near bottom of multiple windows after the wash was done (see photos) 4. On one side of property, they didn't even try to wash top area. The guy lied and told me they hit it multiple times and it was stubborn dirt. I went around other sides of the house and looke

I hired Perfect Power Wash to clean the vinyl siding on my home, expecting professional service and quality results. Unfortunately, not only did the job leave visible streaks and residue behind it also killed all my plants. I contacted them about the issue and they will not return as promised to fix their mistakes. Their customer service is dismissive and refused to provide the material safety data sheet for the chemicals they used.

Told me to call back when we have a better idea of the house when we don’t know the terminology too well. He could have simply explained or described to help but instead lazy and told us to call back. Never again. Update: Fred called me back and handled this situation very professionally. With his professionalism, it made me do business with them and also locked in annually for a set price. Whether the price is good or not (I believe it is) this is exactly what I look for and support. Thank you, Fred. Update: the set price was a way to get a good review. They told me they will give us the house clean on the house and give us discounted price on roof but none of that happened. Paul, our service provider, did an excellent job of power washing and sealing my concrete driveway and brick pavers, and washing both the deck and house vinyl siding. On the same day, he did a similarly outstanding job of power washing and sealing concrete and pavers on my next door neighbor’s property. He was punctual, informative, and worked effectively and efficiently. I would not hesitate to use Perfect PowerWash again and would request to have Paul assigned to the job.

The gentleman came out in a timely fashion, he was very nice. I'm very pleased with the job that was done on my home. I have a two story home so I was concerned about the results on the gutters that were being cleaned as well. But everything came out beautifully 😍 The house looks so refreshed...loving it 😁
