UPDATE: After giving Performance Building only 1 star due to the below circumstances, I've upgraded them to 4 stars. Not long after I posted the first review, they called me to say they were trying to find out more information from the plant but they found a door in their warehouse that I agreed with. They even offered some compensation for the delay and mix up. They came the next day and installed it. The two gentlemen that installed it were very friendly and professional. Wendy in the office was very apologetic and communicated clearly with me on what they could do to fix the situation. I'm just thrilled to have my new door and be able to once again park my car in the garage! Thank you Performance Building. Old review : Poor communication . Great communication through the whole process of getting my broken garage door sections ordered and replaced. Only matched by the easy and professional installation once they arrived!

My garage door springs blew up. Called up Performance and Tiffany took care of me instantly. Had 2 techs come out the same day, access my situation, and got my door lowered. Had to order springs, but withing one day it was fixed, at a fair price. I'd highly recommend their services. Techs where courteous, professional, and friendly.

Performance Building Products responded to our call within a few minutes and we scheduled their visit within a couple days. The replacement opener was installed easily and quickly by the team with some assistance to us to code the remote openers. Well done.

INCREDIBLE! They did amazing work! They worked quickly and cleanly. They were very communicative. The new garage door is SO smooth and easy to use now. Very happy. Not only that, but due to personal reasons I had to reschedule 2x and they never complained and were very responsive. They also came out to my house to look over the installation before hand to make the process very easy. Highly Recommend!
