Things started out OK Lorenzo seemed to understand what needed to be done and promised a time frame. Then he’d come leave and leave and an experienced painter here who was dripping paint all over the place made several mistakes on a lot of things that weren’t corrected I had to point everything out. Then I had him put flooring in for me that was part of the job. He contracted someone to help him who knew how to do photos and he was wonderful but I ordered extra flooring and I knew they wouldn’t be using at least one box or two and I told him to not open the box because I will return it. I get home there’s no flooring and I know they didn’t use it all and found out after leaving messages for three days that Renzo took the floor and I asked him to please return it to me so I could return it
