Perkins Construction Company

We received bids for a small carport (property lines kept us for building anything bigger) and what set Perkins apart was how well they explained the whole process (from getting permits to inspection to the final product) during our first conversation. Immediately, I felt I could trust them to do a great job (and they did!). Shawn Hartman was in charge of the project and he was on top of everything (thorough, detailed and brought great ideas to the table). Perkins listened to and worked with us from the beginning and they were flexible when we needed it (we were out of the country for most of the project). I cannot recommend them enough. For the next job we have at our house, they will be the first company we call.

We hired Perkins to convert part of our garage into a new office/guest room. This involved everything from rough carpentry, HVAC instillation, insulation, dry wall, electrical, new flooring, and paint. We've never done a big home project like this before and I cannot recommend this company enough. Shawn, our project manager, was with us every step of the way and ensured the entire project ran smoothly. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

If they can't ensure safe driving procedures ie working brake lights on a trailer for a company truck, I wouldn't trust their ability to ensure safety measures on the job. Im lucky I have decent brakes in my car.

On the phone was told a finished basement of about 700 sq ft would be $140,000 and will only go up the future, I think I will get a 2nd opinion.

The office was clean. Desgined beautifully. Meet 2 owners very nice.
