This man has been notified since July 4th that the home windows were broken and a tree fell through the roof and he hasn't fixed anything... I have kids in the home but he could care less. You should be ashamed of yourself sir but I'm sure you're not. These people are DEVILS...

UPDATE: I had an appointment today for termite bait installation, and I assumed it would be canceled due to the approaching storm. Instead, Kyle was my tech again (yay), and he called and offered to come early to beat the weather and make sure I was still taken care of today. What a great company and superb technician! My technician today, Kyle, was awesome!!! So friendly and professional, and on time. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that all of our pest control needs were met. Thank you!

Kyle with Pest Pro Services is a great technician. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. He pays attention to detail and answers any questions I may have. He is an asset to the company. The customer service he provides is impeccable.

We have used pest pro services for 10+ yrs now and recently I've had the worst service from them. When they come spray if it doesn't take care of the job the first spray then they're supposed to come back out for FREE of charge to spray again. It's been this way until this last quarterly service we had and they charged us another $70.36 quarterly fee for a call back service that was supposed to be FREE. Very displeased with the services we've been receiving for such loyal customers for 10+ yrs!!
