Petersen's Carpet & Flooring

We had a great experience with Petersen’s from start to finish! Each member of their team that we interacted with was professional and very kind. We added stair runners and switched out old carpet in our basement rec room, and we’re very happy with the way everything turned out!

Petersen's was great to work with! Adam helped me pick out a budget friendly option in the store (very much appreciated as a first time homeowner) and installation only took a day for my townhome. The guys who installed were quick and professional, and very accommodating about my leaving the house and leaving them a key to lock up when they finished. The carpeting looks and feels great, and there are no areas where the staples poke through and stab your foot when you're walking. If I need more flooring in the future I am 100% going to Petersen's again

Petersen’s professionalism and excellent service is why we are repeat customers. This job included laying new carpet in three second story bedrooms, negotiating lots of cuts for dormer ed windows, closets and nooks, moving large furniture in tight hallways and all in one day. All old materials were taken away and the house had no signs of dust or dirt! Incredible job well done! Niki was very accommodating and informative with a quick turnaround with measuring, quoting and bringing samples to my home. Her follow-up and attention to details made all go smoothly. So glad to have them manage our flooring jobs. A trustworthy company that we will continue to recommend and use for any upcoming needs that we have.

We had a great experience with Gayle and Petersen's Carpet. Gayle listened to our concepts and helped identify carpet that works perfectly in our redesigned space. We were pleasantly surprised with the speed at which we received the carpet and the installation was great. We also had a room sized rug made and it is wonderful as well. We recommend Petersen's highly.

Awesome customer service. Had no idea where to begin in the process looking for new carpets - I walked into Petersen's and Aniki (Niki) greeted me with her sunny disposition and I immediately felt like I was in the right hands. She provided me with insightful knowledge, samples to test and a couple to even bring home to match to our home ahead of her coming over for our consultation! She is friendly, communicative and professional. Recommend!
