PHD Services

I've known about PHD Services for a little more than a year and was extremely impressed when I reached out to them recently on behalf of a client who suffered water damage from the excessive rain we've had recently. When I called PHD Services, Mike Turner answered the phone and I explained to him what the problem was and asked if he could reach out to my clients. He said he would, and literally within minutes of my phone call, Mike circled back to me to let me know that he had made contact and that an inspection had been scheduled. This experience has shown me that I can rely on PHD Services to be responsive and professional when I or my clients need them to be. I'm very impressed and will continue to recommend them.

Met with Mike to discuss restoration needed from water/mold/fire damage. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and is willing to help with anything that he can. We are very happy to recommend PHD services to our customers.

Not once but TWICE they raced to our rescue when we had water damage. We were not in town when it happened and had to deal with them remotely, and I have to say experience, expertise and responsiveness was 5-star! They made everything good as new, responding promptly enough both times to save our brand new floors, and we can’t recommend them enough!

The staff were very caring and professional while providing service for our home. They were detailed in the descriptions and instructions of the processes used to clean the water damage. The job was wrapped up quickly and we are very satisfied and thankful for their work. We will definitely call again if we have any other needs. .

Excellent service. Called them Monday night and TJ was at my door by 9am. Took moisture readings, only removed wet or moldy drywall. Limited the amount of work that needed to be done to reconstruct. Highly recommend them!
