While the price was good, the experience was very disappointing because extreme disorganization. My order was delayed by a week despite the supplier being only 40 minutes away. I was reassured that my order would arrive on time when I needed it, but it didn’t. To make matters worse, they gave my contractor the wrong flooring, which was installed before I caught the mistake. This meant I had to remove everything, reorder the correct flooring, and start over. The whole process caused unnecessary stress, delays and loss of money over what should have been a straightforward order…
