have used Phoenix for close to a decade now. every technician who has come to my house has been on time, responsive, thorough, and honest. i feel like i consistently get good information about how my equipment is working, what is likely to break and when, and what my repair options will be when it happens. the maintenance package has been a godsend in this regard. big fan!
