Jason was polite, professional, and thorough. He explained what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost after inspecting the area. He wore booties over his work shoes after he crossed the threshold of my home. After installing the replacement faucet, he tested the supply lines for several minutes to confirm that there were no leaks. The leak caused another issue -water damaged cabinet and ceiling. Jason informed me that he would inform the office, and a handyman from his team would be in contact. After being without a kitchen faucet or dishwasher for a week, Jason resolved the problem in less than an hour. As a Realtor, I'm always looking to have trades professionals on hand who I can recommend to clients and friends, but when the time came to deal with an emergency plumbing issue in my own house on a Saturday evening after a week of nonstop post-snow and icestorm mayhem in DC, none of my normal plumbers were available to help me with a major drainage issue in my home. I found Pipeworks via one of my colleagues, and the Owners were quick to respond, very kind throughout the process, and worked with me to help get a resolution as quickly as possible. Their customer service was A++ and I cannot thank them enough for coming to my rescue at such an insanely inopportune time!

You won't find a better company. Stop Looking. They are honest, prepared, kind, and so many words that can't describe how much I would like to thank them. I had work done last year and was impressed. My neighbor just went through two weeks of calling several other companies in this area with horrible experiences of No-show appointments. Others with unreasonable price gouging estimates in the thousands of dollars without even sourcing the issues. I told her to call PipeWorks and she too was overjoyed. Technicians Elmer and Alex provide regular service on my HVAC systems. They are great at diagnosing existing and potential issues. They place the customer first and never engage in high pressure salesmanship to do unnecessary work. Scheduling service is very easy. Jonae is very responsive and professional by email or by phone.

Great experience this morning with Alex. Quickly, cleanly and professionally replaced my old Nest thermostat with a new version and then stayed with me as we worked on connecting it to the Google Home app and getting it up and operational. Great experience and highly recommended.
