Pittsfield has been a reliable source of making the housing for our electronic product for over 15 years. When we have had a problem in the past, they worked to find a solution, and make the product what we were hoping for. They are experts in the field of injection molding, and I would recommend talking to them if you're making a product with a plastic housing.

The plastic spools I ordered were only available in cartons of 1200 pieces, so I ordered one carton. Then I discovered that the covers for the spools only came in cartons of 1130 pieces - 70 covers less. And - there was no possibility of ordering 70 extra pieces! The most astoundingly idiotic marketing concept I have ever encountered - bar none!
