Kevin did a fantastic job installing our new tub and surround. His crew was polite, professional and clean. Our tiny little 1960 tub with peeling paint is now a gorgeous, insulated, super deep modern tub and has all updated fixtures. Definitely a turn key experience. One long conversation with the sales guy, then a single day of demo and install. Amazingly convenient and fast with Jacuzzi brand materials.

Everything they advertise is true. Kevin arrived at 8:10am. He explained what would take place that day. His crew arrived at 9am. They did a great job. Done by 3:30pm. We are very happy with our new shower.

Paul Wood and Brandon Washington removed my old bath tub with a brand new beautiful shinny white shower base. I had an emergency and needed the job done within three days. Mr. Fix it designer Willie was able to secure the time for me. And Paul Wood and Brandon Washington arrived early and immediately started to work. They completed the entire job in less than 8 hour. Without a single problem. I am thankful for the expedient and perfect work.

Wayland said “I do it right the first time.” He explained what he needed to do and it was logical for me. And, I needed a roof repair real bad and he focused on that. He also helped us with understanding a future roof investment which we will have his help at a later time. Excellent work and pride in his work! Thank you for sending the right person for the job.

I really appreciated that their salesmen were never pushy, and the quoted price for a remodel was good for a period of time. They were also able to do our shower remodel in one day, which really helped since we live in a one bedroom condo. The shower turned out great, but my one complaint would be that when they reinstalled the floor, they left a piece of construction debris between two of the vinyl planks, so now we have a “crack” in the floor. Unfortunately I didn’t notice when they were doing their run through/had us call the office to give our seal of approval.
