From the timely start time, the installation team Fatjon M., Brandon T. and Jason P. were professional and efficient. The installation was completed in one day. I was very pleased with the quality of work, clean-up and the end result, which was absolutely stunning. I was very pleased the communication from the start to finish, everything was clear, they made sure I understood the process and the project manager kept me updated and was very responsive. I highly recommend their service.

Cayleigh was great at the tub to shower discussion for choices and costs (it was a long list of choices and potential costs). This was through Costco, so we felt a little more comfortable given the backing of the larger enterprise. They give a discount if you agree right away or a smaller discount for a 30-day window so you can compare prices with other vendors. Also through Costco, you get some benefit with cash back on their card. CJ and the build team were fantastic, patient and helped explain all the different steps and had us provide feedback regularly on their work. They were crisp and efficient with demo, everything ordinarily would take about a day (come at 8a and done by 4p) but our project, of course, didn't work that way. Very happy with job! Walk in shower remodel. Professional from salesman to installers! Every detail of the job was explained thoroughly and executed exactly as stated ! Well first of all, I had a family emergency, so I am late with my review. So about 9 days ago I had the team, Mike S., Ethan Z., Obinna W., and Mark L., here. Firsthing they did was review my order to me...okay you ordered this type marble, faucets, etc, then once I reviewed my order, then at 7:45 am, they turned off the water and started gutting every thing. Three and half hours later they told me the water is back on , they were now leveling the tub basin and already had the new water lines and drain installed. Once all that was done, they called me in to ask me where I would like the shelfs placed, and then showed me how to clean the marble surface and tub.
