Based on so many positive reviews I’m sure they do a great job. Sadly we’ve been ghosted on a quote and may never know ourselves. While they were able to send someone out in 3 days after we first called, it’s been weeks of us checking in and still no quote. Clearly they’re busy. But disappointing follow-up.

Great people! Teresa is super nice and helpful. She got us scheduled on our requested day and time! Brett did an amazing job cleaning our unit (it had not been cleaned in years) and an even better job cleaning up, which I truly appreciate! Highly recommend!!

Plasters has been very good to deal with during our new heat pump problems started a month or more ago! Brett (the tech) is very patient & friendly to deal with! I sure hope we have the problem solved!

My first point of contact was with Teresa. She answered all of my questions, and I had a lot! Best if all, she worked with my schedule to get the appointment set. Eric was very nice to work with. He answered all of our questions and gave recommendations as needed. We are extremely pleased with the service that we have received and highly recommend Plasters.

I will always have Plasters as my go to HVAC company. Very reliable, courteous, and reasonably priced. I highly recomend Ben and his company!
