Platinum Pools

We love the work that was done. The pool is great. The work is fantastic. The only issue we've had is getting the pool water up to proper levels of PH, salt, chlorine etc and the salt pump reading accurately. TJ and the office team have been supportive and helpful with getting it right. Will update rating after we've been able to use the pool for a summer!

Not sure how to put it but after using them for something simple I just did not feel the value was there. They showed up and didn’t even knock or anything , left and the job was only partly done. Had to call and find out what was going on. Ultimately hired someone else to complete the job.

Love our pool from Platinum Pools and Spas! TJ and Sean were very informative, honest, and patient with assisting us with the design and layout of our perfect backyard pool. They have also been very responsive and supportive with pool maintenance. It has been an awesome experience. So appreciate their services, would highly recommend them to anyone.

TJ and Sean are great to work with. Everyone within the company are friendly and willing to help. We are on our 3rd yr with our pool and are 100% happy from the help with choosing the pool, the installation of it and the closing/opening every season. We highly recommend Platinum Pools.
