Great company and the best customer service! Platinum Residential will come out and measure the window themselves. I've never had to send the picture as other companies request. Hands down the easiest company to deal with when it comes to installing replacement windows

Platinum replaced a broken window pane for me. They sent a tech out to measure my window before submitting an estimate for signing, unlike other companies which wanted me to submit pictures and my measurements of the window pane for the estimate they wanted me to sign before sending out someone to take measurements. All employees were respectful, professional, accommodating, and well trained. It was a smooth transaction from beginning to end. They did an excellent job.

I do a lot of work for many homeowners here in Granbury. When I have Glass repair or window replacement to contract out, Platinum Glass is always my first call. They have done dozens of projects for me over the years and if there is ever an issue, Jeremy and his team are sure to address any concerns quickly. I still call on Platinum today and will continue to recommend them to the community.

Great company and great customer service from the initial consult call to measurements/order placement to install. Flawless. I was never able meet Anthony, my salesman, or see the product prior to install due to me being out of town, and he provided thorough details, photos, and clear expectations to ensure my satisfaction. The lady who scheduled my consult was very nice and helpful as well. Would highly recommend!!

Platinum Residential Glass has done a prompt, friendly, conscientious and reasonably-priced job with our window glass and single-hung spring replacements and adjustments on two of our pecan homes. We won't hesitate to used them again.
