Ordered by phone ahead of time with Shawn. Arrived and my order had not been filled and I waited over 90 minutes for a small box of parts. Terrible execution. Much improvement needed at this location. I would NOT reorder parts from this site in Newport.
All-around excellent customer service. Martin, the manager, is so kind and helpful. Plus, they sell Romex by the foot and the prices are great! The folks there could not be more welcoming.
Worst customer service I have ever got won't step foot into here again
