We moved to Nixa 5 years ago and right off we discovered we needed a reliable plumbing company. In the last 5 years we have had multiple occasions to call for plumbing help. Early on we delt mostly with Rick, now here is a man that knows his business! Rick is a great representative of Plumb-Rite, He is very professional, and his knowledge of plumbing is extensive to say the least. Over the years we have also worked with Bryce, Cory, Ray, Connor, Harley, Caleb, and most recently Trevor. Each and every one of them has proven to know their job. They are all what I call “people persons”, all friendly, easy to talk to, and each one took the time needed to explain

I had a garbage disposal installed by another company previously and they did shoddy work, the disposal was leaking. Conner came out and after discussing price to repair, he came back in and said Happy Holidays!!! No charge! What i thought was going to be 200.00 cost me nothing. What a great company for helping out!!

Had them install a gas line for my fireplace and they did an amazing job. They were very helpful explaining every step, took care of the inspection through the city and were so kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to others in a heart beat.

I call early today for service. Not the technician arrive a head of time. He solve my problem. He was courteous, friendly and above all carefully clean taking precision with social distancing. Definitely will be calling back if I need the service. In regard to price it was affordable and honest at the time to give a summary of the work he did.
