Great service at Plumbers Supply in Franklin, IN I've been looking for a longer Woodford Sillcock for my old house for a couple days and couldn't find one. Called Plumbers Supply in Franklin spoke with a very nice lady who transferred me to Scott. He had one ready for me in stock quoted me a reasonable price and had it waiting for me on the counter when I arrived. I was in & out in just a few minutes rather than roaming around a big box store looking for one and an employee! Very nice folks at Plumbers Supply!! I am very grateful for them.

If you are looking for true customer service & support, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!! I was looking for a particular fitting for a project, I went to every big box store in Greenwood, I received absolutely no help in locating the part. I was directed to Plumbers Supply by a manager of a small hardware store in Greenwood. John Barmore, ordered the part for me, called me when it arrived, then he went out of his way to help me with all the fittings I needed for my project. He took his time, explained the fitting & told how to adjust the parts & where to go to find 1 part he didn't have. Customer service is alive & well at Plumber's Supply in Franklin. John you are awesome!!

Diane and Julie in the salesroom are inconsiderate, rude, and downright ridiculous in their lack of customer service. I went to Plumbers Supply when we first decided to add a bathroom. I made an appointment with Julie, she directed me to Diane. Diane said she would get back to me the next week with the requested information. After not hearing from her I called. Julie answered and said Diane was on vacation and they just didn't have time to send the information to me. Julie did then manage to send me the information via email. I promise to my plumber I would give them another chance. I called today. Diane answered. This time she said she didn't have time to meet with me today but could meet with me tomorrow. Unfortunately I was busy the next day. I told her I would just go to Lowes. She sai

Great place! Employees are fast to take care of you and get you out the door. They always have what you need in stocks. I called 3 places that were out of the water heater I needed for an install and they had one in stick for a good price!
