Tina was friendly and fabulous on the phone, and had her guy Nelson was there probably by 8 o’clock to remove the wasp nest! He was so fast and thorough. He didn’t mind adding an unexpected call to his day. So nice to have wonderful, kind hearted people to interact with all the time, but especially in difficult times like this, when my brother passed unexpectedly, and nobody could get in his house until the wasp nest was removed. PMSI understood that this was an urgent matter, and showed up first thing! Thank you! We will only deal with PMSI, you can really count on them, and they care. -Mary Carr
Nelson and Austin from PMSi arrived on time, and are courteous. They had an amazing eye for openings in the siding where pests could get in, and filled them efficiently and neatly. I felt grateful to be the recipient of their skill, professionalism, and good company.
Ben with PMSI is awesome. He’s always pleasant and always very professional. It’s like visiting with a friend.
