He took his time to explain the full scope of work to be done and explained how long the job will take to complete. One of the huge benefits of hiring Dave was the fact that he can do all the plumbing and electrical work that needed to be done in order to complete the project. I was looking for someone to fix my crawl space. My daughter recommended me to this company and I got to say that they did an excellent job! Dave was very professional. He was able to fix the mold and the humidity problem we had in the crawlspace. Now my crawl space is brand new and free from humidity. They also did a great job cleaning my gutters and sealing the windows from my glass sunroom. I highly recommend this company! I am a satisfied customer.

Dave did a great job with our regrading and French drain project. We purchased the house in December, so many contractors would not bid it until spring. Dave’s crew dug out the frozen ground and kept our new home dry through the winter snows and spring rain. I was out of town for a lot of the work, but Dave kept me up to date with lots of pictures, so I was confident the work was done well. His was not the cheapest bid I received, but I knew Pocono Construction could be trusted to do a good job in a timely manner, which they did.
