I'm in my 70's and my wooden garage Door is 10 foot by 17 foot. It's been getting heavy for me to lift. I called quality garage doors and the door was fixed in 2 days. I got 2 new tension Springs and a garage door opener period should have done it 20 years ago. I give it a 10 for his fast. Service and his knowledge about garage doors.
