Pure Water Systems

This a great local company doing honest, high quality work. I first hired them to address the iron in my water that was staining toilets. It was also acidic and the only place the equipment could go was a low clearance, 55” high crawl space. They installed a compact conditioning system that solved both problems and also filters the water. Later, they also installed a second water heater for me, moved the existing one, and installed a sump pump. They do all kinds of plumbing work, not just water conditioning. Nick did all the work. Very professional! Amber in the office was great too. So helpful and responsive.

Nick came to my house to test my water and after testing the well water he showed me the test and told me that my water was fine. He could have tried to sell me a water softener system but he was completely honest and I really appreciate that. Nick restored my faith that there is still honest people in this world. We have a water filtration system in our house. After several tests and multiple other companies and professionals giving solutions, Pure came through! Installation was top notch, timely, fair, honest, TRANSPARENT with service and billing. We have a well and our water has never been this perfect. They called ME to ask how the system was running and how we liked it. NO upgrade or "sales/service" call mentality. Just checking in. Wasn't even at that "yearly service" time. Love this kind of service! Got a postcard for yearly reminder.

I had an existing water treatment system replaced with a new neutralizer system by Pure Water Systems last Fall. I’ve had no problems at all and just had my first annual service visit today - all is working as it should.
