DO NOT GO THERE. They did some masonry work for me to install a Bilco door to my crawl space. They sent an estimate for $2700. After they did the work (much later than they said they'd do it), I got an invoice for $3060 with no explanation or apology for the upcharge. I had to ask them, and Renee seemed annoyed that I would bother her with such a question. She finally got back to me with an explanation that they had to use bag cement because it was too cold to use their concrete mixer. This was 100% their fault -- they're the ones who took forever to do the job -- but they couldn't care less. Renee is a very rude person. The lady in the office that processes the payment always seems like she never wants to be there and most times is rude. The guys in the yard are super helpful and very nice. Had it not been for the guys in the yard I would’ve given one star.
