I had a great experience from the first phone call. Scheduling was easy, and when Miss Debbie came out, she thoroughly explained everything she was going to do. She also sent me before and after photos, and I had the chance to watch the entire process, which was pretty cool. I'm looking forward to an even better overall cooling experience for my home. My insulation rating improved from R19 to over R30, which I’m very happy about. Additionally, she provided me with a $300 credit in which Lakeland Electric will also give her off my bill, and considering the reasonable cost per square foot, I would highly recommend their services.

If I was able to leave zero stars, I would. This company boasts that they are a family-owned business that has been operating for 30+ years and hires only the best insulation contractors. My husband and I recently purchased a house where this company completed a blow in insulation installation for the seller. After moving in, it was discovered that this company covered charred live electrical wiring that was exposed in the attic with insulation. So much that it hindered proper inspection and increase the risk of our home burning down. When contacted to resolve the matter, the company initially ignored my letter. Upon my second attempt to contact them, they responded with an email in all caps that they did not conceal the electrical defect, that they were told they were good to go, and they
