Rix Mechanical has been an honest straight up company and brought my HVAC back from death a few times as well as trouble I had installing a Thermostat. I blew a 15-amp fuse I didn't even know I had. Highly recommended.

I've been using Rix Mechanical for my home needs for the last 12 years. They always provide the best HVAC replacement and repair service; professional, on time... and clean up after the job (which my wife totally loves!). Yesterday I had them replace the 23 year old vents and return register grill in the house. Ray was great, like a surgeon.... careful not to crack the aged drywall under the ceiling paint. Took him 3 plus hours (14 assorted vents and 1 register grill). And I gotta say, we were pleased to see the faded yellow vents "all gone for good" replaced by brand new, more efficient ones. Well worth it, thank you Rix Mechanical!

Rix Mechanical has saved us, our friends, and my own mother from wasting more money than I'd care to admit on buying new AC units after unscrupulous companies told us each that our AC units needed to be replaced when only minor repairs were needed in 2 of the instances and essentially nothing was wrong in the 3rd. I can't speak highly enough of Rix Mechanical. I sincerely appreciate the honesty, professionalism, courtesy, and promptness that they've exhibited each time I've ever called upon them for AC service work and will continue to highly recommend them to all my friends in need of AC service.

Screw these dudes. Got 1 here at my complex now, head of maintenance was hanging out with AC tech. I came up to speak with head of maintenance to inform him we have damaged flex in D building, and a tenant running a 3rd party heater , so the AC is really struggling between both issues. The AC tech was rude , saying he is working here. I wasn't even talking to him. I was speaking to head of maintenance of the complex. Last i checked , damaged flex could potentially be more business for y'all. But I guess this tech doesn't really like his job. If me speaking in his presence ruins his ability to do his job. He sucks.
