I had controller failure and soon to be pump failure Stopped in the store in Dickinson after getting the run-around a few other places I Really needed service quick.Nat and his team were all over it. They came after hours to diagnose my problem then expedited the parts and service call. Their service Tech Zac is one of the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable, professionals I have done business with in a long long time May could not have a better technician represent the service side of Pool Dox I’m a new pool owner and had several issues with the existing equipment. Zac took the time to answer all my questions in detail. What a great help for a rookie pool owner. My highest ratings and thanks to Pool Dox, Zac, and Nat for getting back on track before the pool turned over.

The PoolDocx team does far more than pool maintenance and repair. They did an amazing job remodeling our pool, hot tub and decking. The owner, Nate, came out personally to monitor progress most days. Nate also assigned an on-site manager, Thai, who both worked on the demo and remodel, and also managed progress throughout each day. They were both incredibly easy to communicate with, and worked with me throughout the project to ensure that we caught any small issues as they occurred so that by the last day, no punch-items were left. (Yeah, I’m particular and I monitored progress daily). The work they did included: • Demo’ed all the old coping around the pool; the hot tub coping/walls/exterior stairs; and the elevated landing area • Replaced broken waterline tiles – Some broke in demo as fu

After my pool timer went out, the OWNER made a special trip out to access the first tech’s evaluation, and found out it was only the motor! This saved me a LOT of money!!! They are fantastic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!❤️

After being left green and grungy by our former service company, Nate came out and took a look. He told us it would be a challenge but he was up for it. The next day, our pool was clear.
