Most reviews that have been left here are from people with only 1 review. It really looks like the local competition made a few accounts and left one review. With that being said, Let me give a real review. I’m new to the world of pools and started going to pools unlimited about 6 months ago. Each and every time I have visited the store I have found the store to be clean and well stocked. The store seems to have everything a pool or spa person would need. Again, being new to the world of pools, naturally I have a lot of questions. The staff at Pools unlimited has answered every question and has offered suggestions on how to improve what I am doing. The staff has never forced anything on me and has even referred me to a different store (online) because the product I want was cheaper. The

After another local pool company destroyed our liner on the new pool they built and wouldn’t help or cooperate, we turned to Pools Unlimited. They’ve been nothing short of compassionate and so helpful keeping our pool water balance correct and clean. I couldn’t more happy with their service. Wish we would have built our pool with them.

Have called twice to try to get someone to look at our swim spa. Betty who answers the phone is rude and very unhelpful. Sounds like they need to hire more employees as they always say it will take 2 weeks to have anyone look at it. I understand being busy but customer service goes a long way. I think Betty needs to retire or get a job where she doesn’t have to talk to anyone!

Best pool company ever!! Always helpful and polite. Helped us when getting a new pool and have always been a wealth of knowledge with our pool chemicals and any pool issues we may have.

Pools Unlimited was 5 stars from the beginning of our new pool dream through construction and top notch customer support afterwards. QUALITY company!
