They came out quickly. Did the job quickly. Pricing was very affordable, especially since I was not the closest person they’ve probably ever helped out. I was all the way up in Brighton. But they were there in about 35 minutes even in the snow. Got me back in my car. Cut my spare key to match the key that was locked in the car. Super friendly. I’d use them again.

We needed a vehicle key made & they came right out to our location & made it ON SITE!!! Chris was very helpful & polite. He worked FAST to get the job done and even made me an extra key, for a small upcharge, that I was Happy to pay. It was very convenient and saved me a trip to the hardware store, where I would have likely bought other things I didn't need. Way to go above & beyond Pop-a-lock. LISA was WONDERFUL on the phone & even took a few extra minutes to offer support for our family. I will never use another company for these types of services!

They came out in about 40 minutes this morning to help me get into my car. The whole process took about maybe 10 minutes and they even cut my key on site so that this doesn’t happen again in the future. Honestly, very good pricing for the service provided. If I ever have an issue in the future, they’ll be my go to.

Chris, our technician, was absolutely amazing. He went over and above for our service. He got my baby back on the road. We would recommend him and would have him back for any future needs.

Justin was SO HELPFUL! Our little home safe locked us out when the battery on the lock died, we couldn't find the keys, and we needed our passports that were locked inside. Justin made time for us as walk-ins and prioritized opening the safe on a tight timeline, and he was so kind and helpful. The safe is open, passports retrieved, and I'll be setting a calendar reminder to change our safe batteries more often. I hope we don't need a locksmith again anytime soon, but Pop-a-Lock will absolutely be our go-to again.
