Used them for a tub reglaze. Tried a different company than we used initially due to interest in a different type of tub solution that they no longer provide. Their initial job was done less than ideally with several small holes, lots of bumps, and incomplete brush strokes. To their credit, they did come back to correct, but that was after following up over the course of a couple of months, a couple missed appointments, and a threat of a chargeback. After waiting the more than requisite amount of time, part of the painted area where the head rests during a bath has already rubbed away. Not worth following up again. Will likely go back to our original company. Save your money

Company disappeared on me. Original reglaze May 2019, lasted 2 years before cracks and large chunks broke off. 5 year guarantee was worthless, I called for months and got answering machine only, with no return call. Finally got "Joe Smith" (seriously, that's the name he gave) on the line September 2023, when the guarantee was still in effect. Smith said someone would call me to schedule appointment, but no call. Use somebody or anybody else.

Porcelite did an EXCELLENT job re-glazing my tub. When the gentleman finished, I couldn't believe it was the same tub. It looked brand new. They were prompt and explained how to take care of the tub. Porcelite, I have no problem recommending you to my friends. Thank you for a job well done!

This firm re-finished the bowl of an old bathroom vanity sink for us in December 2014. Still looks good. Their price was $200. That was reasonable since it allowed us to keep the old powder room vanity. Update: This firm re-finished the porcelain pedestal sink in our main bathroom on 3 October 2018 and did a beautiful job. The sink has to be at least 30-40 years old and might date to 1940. The inside surface had become very rough. It now looks new! They charged us $400 to re-finish this large sink.

I was looking to refinish my bathroom. There are number of bath fitters who market aggressively on TV and subject one to intense sales pitches in person. The whole experience is confusing and frustrating. Then, surfing the internet, I accidentally found Porcelite, a family owned small business. Wow! A breath of fresh air dealing with them. They are ethical, professional and very reasonable. Jon and his staff is extremely polite, proactive and did a fantastic job. The end result is brand new bathroom! I recommend them without any reservations.
