We were looking forward to supporting a small business. However, we were rudely mistaken. Our carpet is less than 2 years old and had a few minor spots that we wanted professionally cleaned. The carpet company showed up and were there for roughly 10 minutes. They assured us all spots were removed with the $188 service they performed and “deep clean.” The following day when it was dry, it was evident the carpet was in worse shape than before. We called to share our frustration and the company had no customer service. At one point they hung up on us. We kept calling trying to speak with a manager. I have been using Sunshine Carpet Cleaning since I moved to Poway. I never got service like this back east. They arrive early in the morning and they leave my place not only with clean carpets and drapes but smelling unbelievably fresh. I used the carpet cleaning services of Sunshine Carpet Cleaning of Poway three weeks ago. There was a big dark area of my carpeting that kept coming back. They cleaned my carpet and I purposely waited until now to write this. The stain is gone I must say. There is no sign of the ugly thing coming back. I am a happy camper in Poway. I will use Sunshine Carpet Cleaning again for sure.
