I had an emergency water heater blow out. I heard about Powells on the radio, so I called them. Long story short, within five hours we have a newly installed, not leaking water heater. I provided the water heater and the technicians had me up and running. Very knowledgeable technicians with great skills. Thank you Powells!

I made an appointment with Powell's and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. When I would run the water in my kitchen sink, it would leak in the basement. Logan and Shawn/Sean showed me the inside of the pipe, and recommended a drain cleaning. And I absolutely agreed! I mentioned my kitchen sink was draining slow. It turns out all my problems were related! And they happily accepted a website coupon! Logan and Shawn/Sean are rockstars! Will definitely use Powell's Plumbing & Air for any future needs!

We recently purchased 2 new heat pump units from Powells. An install date was set with Erich, HVAC manager. The crews arrived early, immediately got to work, were extremely friendly, professional and efficient.The job was completed slightly before the projected time. The crew did a very thorough clean up before departure. We are very pleased with Erich and his team. Job well done!!!

I chose to go with this local company over a franchise due to some feedback from friends, Everything for making an appointment to the communication of arrival was perfect. I knew exactly who to look out for and what their experience was. John and his team Arrived early, Was completely supportive of the situation and was able to do everything they could to get my drain moving again. There was no sense of rushing to try to get to the next appointment, A lot of emphasis on doing it correctly. Super friendly team too!

John and Levi were awesome. My house is very old and I was worried we wouldn’t have any hot water without spending thousands of bucks and they came in and got right to work! Good dudes and I will be using them again to replace the rest of the piping! Thanks guys
