Ted is SO friendly and so accommodating. I had to reschedule and he was extremely flexible. When he came to do my 2 rugs, he was very thorough worked hard to get every single inch of them clean and kept working without a complaint if I asked an area to be touched up. My pure white shag rug came out looking brand new after he was done with it. This is my second time using his services and I plan to use him again when the house needs another touch up from the wear and tears of daily life.

I have used Ted and his crew on several projects and I could not be more impressed with their quality and responsiveness. The carpets came out great. I also use them to clean windows and tile floors and they have done consistently good work. We held off on having any work done in our home during covid years, and as a result, Our living room carpet in particular was in bad shape. Dirty dirty dirty. I got Ted's card when I saw his Van at my condo building a few years earlier. So I called for an appointment, he came over, and did a great job getting my carpets clean. I was impressed! We will definitely use his service again (hopefully before 3 years!).
