I had the pleasure of working with P&R Consulting Group during a fire-related incident that required major repairs, and James was absolutely outstanding. He showed up day in and day out, managing every detail with professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care. We had a small disaster occur when our water heater ruptured simultaneously with a pipe bursting. The water damaged our flooring and walls in our main floor bathroom, the flooring in the main floor bedroom and required all of the flooring on the main floor to be replaced. P&R helped us through the insurance issues as well as the construction issues. They were AMAZING! Everyone was patient and thorough. The workers were polite and focused. Their work was well done. Cameron, the owner, came regularly to check to see that everything was moving along smoothly. I cannot thank everyone involved for their help, guidance and kindness. I will recommend P&R to anyone I know. I would absolutely hire them again for future projects!
