The technician came to my house supposedly to perform routine maintenance on the heating system. However, he touched another part of my water boiler that he was not authorized to touch, since the service call was only for heating maintenance. After his visit, one of my hot water heating valves no longer works, even though it was working perfectly before and I personally operated it with no issue. Instead of taking responsibility, he claimed my system is old and said I need to replace both units. From my experience, it seems he was more interested in selling new equipment than actually helping or fixing the system. I do not recommend this company at all.

Jose and the rest of the crew were excellent! The communication about the job was great! They were willing to answer any questions that i had and explained everything from start to finish. Also they were very neat.

I'd give Precise 6 stars if I could. Our furnace failed just before the onset of a brutal cold spell. Needless to say, we needed to have it repaired quickly. After some preliminary research, I started to make some calls. From the moment the phone was answered, my experience with Precise was absolutely superb. The young lady who answered the phone was polite, understanding, and very helpful. The initial technician who showed up arrived on time and communicated what was wrong and next steps respectfully and clearly. The person sent out to discuss our options was again on time, very knowledgeable, understanding, and explained our options thoroughly. The furnaces for my business (a heated yoga studio) went down during a cold snap. Everyone at Precise was amazing. The sale rep, David, came out right away & gave a us a really great quote for what we needed. The techs, Terry & Walter, installed both furnaces in a single, 13 hour day...and did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished! Even the owner was available for questions. We were very pleased with the service we received & will use them in the future.

Interestingly, my unit miraculously started blowing air again the day before my appointment, but I decided to keep the visit for peace of mind. I’m so glad I did. Jose Crespo Junior came out and performed a thorough diagnostic to find out exactly what had gone wrong.
